Laguna Beach Public Parking Structure

A new 560 car multi-story parking structure next to city hall downtown. The site includes a historic industrial building, a stormwater drainage basin and existing parking lot that were required to be incorporated into the design. The design also reimagines the weekend market and site stormwater basin into a pedestrian friendly bio-remediation promenade taking pedestrians thru an environmental education while walking to downtown, the beach, city hall and other parts of the city.
